Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We encourage all buyers to carefully review the item details, descriptions, and photos before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of items listed on Campus Goods Exchange. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the item. We will work with the seller to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.
